"Customs fees caught me off guard"
From what I remember, the ordering part was fine, but the customs and duty fees were confusing. I didn’t expect them to add up as much as they did, so it ended up costing more than I had planned. Definitely something I wish had been clearer upfront

I had an issue with my order and the refund took longer than I expected, but after I reached out to support and went back and forth with them a bit, they finally got everything sorted and the money came through, so in the end it was a little frustrating but they did fix it

I ran into a small issue on ferge.io and reached out to support, not expecting a super fast response. They got back to me quicker than I thought and helped me get things sorted out.

It did take one extra message for them to fully understand what I was dealing with, and I was kind of hoping the instructions would be a bit clearer from the start. Still, they were polite, stuck with it, and overall it was a good experience

I was already feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated that ferge.io just shows the pricing clearly upfront. No random add-ons or surprise fees popping up at checkout. It made the decision a lot easier without having to email support or hunt for answers

"Ordering was way more confusing than it needed to be"
I tried placing an order on ferge.io and it was kind of a headache, the pages kept bouncing me around and I couldn’t really tell if my order was actually going through or if I was just stuck in some weird loop, which got annoying fast.

I ended up having to type in my details more than once and the whole checkout just felt clunky and unclear, maybe other people have no problem with it but for me it was way too much hassle so I just gave up and ordered somewhere else

"Package arrived mostly fine"
I used ferge.io for a delivery recently, and overall it was a decent experience. The package showed up in good shape for the most part, though one corner of the box did have a small dent, so it wasn’t exactly flawless.

That said, everything inside was clean, packed properly, and nothing was damaged, which is what mattered most to me. I’d say the handling seemed careful enough, even if there’s still a little room for improvement.
